The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. «Stayed here for two nights while visiting at UNH. Location wise was about 20 minutes from the campus which was an easy commute. The best part was how spacious the house was. Lots of beds which was great for our large group. House was clean, well stocked and the basement set up for watching tv was amazing. The host was awesome to deal with, very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Would stay again! »

The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house!
