«Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. «Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.»

«This was my fourth visit to newport. I had not seen Middletown before. But this was a lovely quiet area. Cute house. It’s a duplex, but no one was staying next-door. It was very quiet. It’s a perfect size for a couple or a small family. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds. House is warm in the winter and has AC in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked.
