«This property is well located in Old San Juan, close to many bars and restaurants. It is a basic loft with small, but very comfortable, sleeper sofa on the lower level. Between the bedroom/loft and sleeper sofa up to four people will be comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Good communication with the host. Noisy at night.»

«We stayed here one night, my fiance, my 9yr old son, and myself. Downstairs is a futon bed that was great for him, it did get a little warm down there, but not unbearable or anything. Little refrigerator, which was nice to have. The bathroom was actually nicer than we though it would be, small, but clean and bright. The upstairs has one bed, a queen i think. Just fine for the two of us. Needs a table upstairs, there is nothjng to put your stuff on but the floor. There is access to a cool ...

«Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place.»
