«We enjoyed staying at Casa Mango. True to it's name, there are mangos hanging off the big tree ready to eat or as we did, make mango margaritas! Josh is an excellent host and his girlfriend, Mariela, is an great cook. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast (gallo pinto/eggs), fab dinner (Arroz con Pollo) and the best pina coladas ever! The river/estuary views are every changing with the tides. Overall, it's a hidden paradise in a typical Costa Rican neighborhood.»

«For our second week in Costa Rica, we chose this home in Atenas. The photos do not do it justice- it is such a wonderful and relaxing retreat. The private pool and outdoor shower allowed a connection no nature. Hammock and hanging chairs, lush landscaping, toucans…. Just too much to mention. We will return to this special place. Lizz did massages on the breezeway our last day to the sound of rain and the birds. Communication was excellent.»

«We can't say enough about our great stay in Grace & Ivan's Casita! Their home is in a quiet, peaceful, gorgeous location. All amenities needed are already in the home, beautiful pool & comfortable king size bed. Both Grace and Ivan went above and beyond and also helped us with our car repair problems-THANK YOU so much again! «This is a cute, clean home located just outside the busier street in Paquera. It is a basic home in a small town, so don't go expecting anything fancy. We stayed the night here after taking the Bioluminescent Kayak tour through Bahia Rica--only about 15 minutes away from this house. «There is a lot to say about this property. The manager that originally messaged me from vacasa actually never helped us at all. We arrived to a lovely couple and their teenage daughter who live on property as care takers. They were the highlight of our trip. «We stayed here for the entire month of April 2024 and enjoyed the house. During the driest and hottest month in CR, the refreshing pool and reliable AC was appreciated. The home was comfortable and modern, and the outdoor area covered. The living area is all outside like many homes in Costa Rica.
