«The house is in a great location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the property were very disappointing. The bathrooms were moldy, and the stair banister was disgustingly filthy. The carpet throughout the house was also very dirty, and underneath the sofa clearly had not been vacuumed in what looked like a very long time. The living room furniture is extremely old and appears to be falling apart. On the positive side, the washer and dryer, dining room table, and living room TV ...

«I've stayed in LBI more than 20 times over the last 10 years and this place is hands-down the best!»

«we were very happy with the house, it's proximity to everything of interest, and would recommend it.»

«We had an amazing stay!! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt more like staying at a luxury hotel than a vacation rental.Michael was an outstanding host. Communication was always fast, friendly, and helpful. When we had a minor issue with the refrigerator’s ice maker, he responded immediately, sent someone out to fix it, and even brought us bags of ice so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced while it was being repaired. The location ...

«VERY CLEANED AND HOST VERY ACCOMADATING»

«They really enjoyed this cozy beach house! Location is great for beach and Boardwalk and it was really helpful to have bicycles which we rented from the Owner. Loved our sunsets on the bay and breakfast on the back deck.»

«It was perfect ! Super close to the beach and nice property»

«It was a clean place and great location»

«This property was very new and very clean. We enjoyed staying here. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Our family had a wonderful stay at The Palm tree Paradise! It was conveniently located to the beach (5 minute walk), clean, comfortably fit our family of 6, and the owners were very responsive. We loved having space to spread out in the backyard. I recommend eating out there if you have more than 2 people staying because the dining table only has 2 chairs. Bring some disinfecting wipes for general clean up & a spatula for the grill because there wasn’t anything to clean or flip burgers with. I ...

«Thank you. Home was very comfortable spotless and well equipped. My family had a wonderful time.»

«Great location for access to beach and boardwalk. Perfectly comfortable stay. Very attentive hosts.»

«The home was just beautiful. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms a game room, a beautiful completely fenced in and wonderful backyard with the fantastic swim spa and plenty of outdoor seating, a game .. all along with a separate room for a washer and dryer… well my only word is … fabulous. Plenty of room to enjoy the property. Plenty of parking. A short drive to the beach and the boardwalk and restaurants. Thanks!! We all enjoyed our time there immensely!»

«The host communicated and met all concerns I had presented to him. Excellent communication! Our trip was a pleasure due to our wonderful stay here this past weekend for 3 nites. The home is very clean and efficiently equipped. The game room was a bonus especially with our busy kids. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. We already said we would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this host and home to all for a truly wonderful experience. »

«The owner, Chris was easy to communicate with and keeps the rental in great shape and very clean. The house was perfect for our family and only a few blocks from everything! Definitely recommend and we would stay again.»

«The townhouse is lovely, in a fantastic location, with a well appointed kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs, etc., a shower which is considered "outside" but is inside at the entryway before you enter the bottom floor, is locked, but the key is easily accessed. It was great for washing off sand. Because it's a townhouse, there are many stairs. Two of the bedrooms are on the fourth level where there is a balcony that can be accessed from either room, and there is an ocean view. The beds ...

«Our family including children and grandchildren spent a week at the property. Most amazing was that it was actually walk in ready. There were linens and towels, shampoo, soap for bodies, dishewasher, clothes. Just walk in and enjoy. The espresso machine even had to go cups for morning coffee on the beach. And the exit was equally easy....leave and lock the door. The beach was an easy walk to the end of the block with a boardwalk for longer walks and the ice cream store was next door!! A ...
