«The property was older and it’s okay. I noticed in my room the retailed the foyer and bathroom nicely but the carpet was old the blinds were older. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but with a little updating this place could be nice.»

«This is our second time at Ocean Creek. The first time was in the North Tower, and everything was amazing. This time we had a smaller budget and stayed in one of the villas. The room was nice enough, but all of the outlets except one were extremely hard to access, making charging devices hard and one of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The insulation is rather poor, I could clearly hear someone in a neighboring room snoring, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took, late ...

«The room was personally owned by. It was outdated. It had no USB plugs in the room and no telephone. I know it sounds unimportant to some, but I an handicapped and the room had NO cell service and I had to go out to the balcony to get service. If an Emergency happened and I couldn’t get to the balcony no one would know. Sorry for the rant, but I should have been made aware that this was a personally owned property.»

My Husband's heart medicine was in the room, and he was past an hr. of when he was supposed to take. Had to yell and scream for our neighbors to call the front desk.
