Med unntak av at rommet ikke ble vasket selv om jeg ba spesifikt om det en dag jeg stod opp sent er jeg godt fornøyd. Forventer at et hotell av denne klassen gjør tilpasninger til gjester som må jobbe sent/er B-mennesker. Totalinntrykket er meget bra så jeg vil nok benytte meg av hotellet også på neste Barcelona-tur!

Supert hotell
Dette hotellet er et av de beste jeg har besøkt i Barcelona. Veldig serviceinnstilt personale, sentralt og rent. Svømmebassenget på taket er kjempefint! Mange hyggelige cafeer og resturanter rett utenfor døren.

Lite koselig hotell for 2 personer
Alt for små rom. Rommene er for 2 personer og ikke 3 personer som vi var. Badet er også så lite at vasken og speilet er plassert på utsiden, altså i allrommet. Her må dere kjenne hverandre godt for å dele rom! Ingen plass å sitte hvis man er 3 på rommet. Alternativet er senga. Svømmebassenget var under utbedring så takterassen var stengt med unntak av søndag. Pluss for bra frokost inklusive Cava. Vennlige hotellansatte. Litt langt unna bykjernen men enkelt med taxi og metro.

Trivelig hotell og trivelig betjening. Beliggende ved metrostasjon, men gåavstand til det meste. Små rom, men store nok for oss (2 personer). Solterasse og basseng på taket er positivt. Ved neste besøk til Barcelona vil vi nok benytte samme hotell. Anbefales

The property is well located to visit the many Antoni Gaudi buildings in Barcelona, in a more upscale part of the city, away from the touristy part of town. It is well appointed and maintained, has courteous and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast buffet. The only downside is that the rooms are on the small side.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. U-Bahn fast vor der Tür. Nur das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. War klein, aber frisch und es wurde immer gleich nachgefüllt. Aber es gab täglich exakt das Gleiche, auch nicht sehr kreativ, was die Eiergerichte anging.

Convenient position for attractions, reception helpful, very clean and lovely spread for breakfast. Did not like sleeping on a mattress protector which was slippery, crackly and made me sweat. O ponto positivo que merece muitos elogios, é sem dúvida, a educação, cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários do hotel. Todos muito solícitos e agradáveis, em especial ao atendente Mark, que estava sempre disposto a ajudar de qualquer forma. O hotel em geral é bom. Saguão, corredores e quartos limpos e cuidados. Café da manhã simples, básico, porém bem tratado. O ponto negativo mais evidente foi o tamanho do quarto triplo. Bem pequeno para uma família de 3 adultos. O banheiro fica quase dentro do quarto, não propiciando um adequado isolamento. A localização é boa, mas não é excelente. É boa pois fica muito próxima de uma estação de metrô, mas não é tão próximo da Sagrada Família, principalmente para pessoas mais idosas.

Es ist ein adrettes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wegen Silvester haben wir keine Reservierung für ein Restaurant gefunden, aber das Rezeptionspersonal hat für uns viel herumtelefoniert und schließlich etwas für uns ergattert. Hidden Jem of a Hotel, Staff is super friendly and nice. Always so attentive. Recommend staying here!! Room is small but perfect for just sleeping. The rooftop has a nice view and the balconies are great. Make you feel like a true local.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Well and Come, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. What stood out right away was the hotel's flexibility in offering us an early check-in, allowing us to unwind and settle in comfortably after a long journey. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be tough, but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our little one feel special. A cute little gift for our toddler awaited us upon check-in, adding a personal touch that truly touched our hearts. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the hotel staff for places to eat and visit in the local area. It was evident that the staff took the time to understand our preferences, offering tailored suggestions that turned out to be hidden gems. From cozy local eateries to must-visit attractions, their recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location is apt; it's walkable from most tourist destinations in Barcelona.

VERY thin walls. A lot of noise from adjoining rooms and from the rooftop bar. People talking on the phone at 1 AM and noise of high heels walking on the roof. Awful.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is amazing! Very nice, helpful and willing to help. The breakfast was so nice and it has many choices. The ambience is really good. Walking distance from La Sagrada Familia (8 minutes) and La Pedrera and casa Batlló. 8-10 minutes Definitely, we will come back here when back in Barcelona.

Genius location and excellent service
It completely amazing place to stay for romantic time of deserved vacation for young parents. Hotel personel provided excellent and friendly service. Everything was for best rating. And the location of the hotel is great for somebody who wants see most of the city.

Many stores, cafes, restaurants were close by. Metro was on opposite end of street, very close. About 13 minutes to La Sagrada Familia. Rooms were quiet, housekeeping did an excellent job and were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, Claudia, needs work and review on public relations and hospitality. It was unfortunate that she was the first person who greeted me at the hotel on 10 December. When I asked if there were restaurants nearby, she said “yes, there’s Italian, Chinese, etc.” but never told me their locations nor made any suggestions. I was truly too exhausted to continue that topic (just got off a 9 hour red-eye flight). I told her I wanted to attend mass (because it was Sunday), she said, “you have to look in Google because I don’t go to church”. I’ve done extensive travel in my life and have never heard these responses from any hotel staff, most especially the front desk staff. Nonetheless, the rest of the front desk staff, namely Marc, Pau and Camilo were hospitable and always willing to help. Whenever I needed directions, they printed maps and made sure I clearly understood their directions. Marc, Pau and Camilo compensated for the lack of warmth and hospitality that I needed upon my arrival.
