Flott hotell med god beliggenhet. Kjempefine rom, renslige og med veldig gode senger. Personalet var veldig hyggelige, og servicen helt topp. God frokost, en velkomstflaske med vin på rommet. En av hovedgrunnene til at vi valgte dette hotellet var spaet. Det var derfor en kjempenedtur da vi ble kastet ut etter 30 minutter – dette var vi ikke blitt opplyst om på forhånd. Kan forstå prinsippet; det er lite, og folk skal få plass. Men vi hadde såvidt kommet inn før vi ble bedt om å gå – det var ikke spesielt morsomt. Alt annet ved hotellet er topp - men når vi reiser i januar er spa en stor del av pakka for oss. En liten halvtime der var ikke hva vi ønsket oss eller trodde vi betalte for. Til tross for at hotellet er helt supert hadde vi valgt et annet om vi visste dette på forhånd.

Et hotell med potential
Fint hotell, men med noen mangler: Ikke ferskt brød til frokost. Kaffemaskinene lagde ikke god kaffe. Ingen av de 4 forskjellige sengeputene var lave nok. Frokostbetjeningen kunne bidratt bedre med å gjøre klar bord for nye gjester. Men totalt sett et godt inntrykk av hotellet og beliggenheten.

Amazing
Wow, dette var en virkelig god opplevelse. Et flott hotell med flotte fasiliteter og flotte rom... og personlig terrasse falt virkelig i smak. Servicen var upåklagelig og de ansatte visste ikke det beste de kunne gjøre for oss. Stor tommel opp og terningkast 6 fra oss. Vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake

Stayed 6 nights at the hotel. Hotel is decent with a nice lobby. Rooms need updating and not a fan of tub showers. Gym is too small with only a few aerobics machine and no weight machines at all. Even need to book an appointment to use gym which is first time ever for me since the gym is too small. Restaurant has decent breakfast but some of the server seems a bit rude constantly asking for guest room numbers even though we already mentioned we will be paying for the breakfast. Overall a decent hotel but needs improvement with restaurant service and facility needs updating.

Beyond expectations! Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and amenities. We loved the roof top lounge area, the spa sauna/jacuzzi and the interior design was so thoughtful and relaxing. The evening tapas tour with Valeria was entertaining and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing service and very clean rooms. All the staff we interacted with provided great service. They even provided us with umbrellas when it rained. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. 5 min walk away from metro. Would highly recommend this hotel

I loved this hotel overall. The staff were nice. It was very upscale and close-walking distance to a lot of things. They give a free bottle of wine and also gave me free champagne for my birthday. The rooms are small for 2 people and they don’t offer connecting rooms even though over the phone they told me they did. Also they don’t have small face towels. Outside of that everything was perfect!

Amazing location and great facilities. The room was small but nicely decorated and the breakfast buffet was really good and had gluten free options.
