Dårlig/mugg lukt fra rommet. Ingen strykejern med strykebrett. Ingen villighet for å bistå med dette. Altså enhver forretningsreisende trenger å stryke skjortene sine. Når en kun har 4 strykejern som skal fordeles på alle gjestene og de forventer at du skal stryke skjorta de på gulvet. Det er for dårlig!

The property is in a very convenient location (gothic quarter) walkable to most things. Staff were very pleasant, rooms are very clean. Roof top bar has nice views of Rambla. I would stay here again.

Conviently located with nearness to shops, malls, food, dining, grocery, transportation. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is neat clean. Early check in options are not available which sometimes can become a challenge . Over all good.

A unique and nice hotel with super location to shopping, restaurants, and all of the excitement of The Rambla Area. Beautiful suite. The bathtub (and shower, in one) a bit difficult to get in & out as it was so high without a stool or handrail. The disappointing part is that the two elevators are extremely small and we got stuck in one; no lights, no power and no way to call for help. Front desk staff didn't seem terribly worried. They did not post a sign stating it was out of service. Not a pleasant experience.. Overall it was a lovely stay, minus the elevator incident.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Staff were absolutely incredible and so friendly, from the front desk, reception, the bartender in the amazing terrace bar to the lovely kitchen staff in the restaurant and cleaners too! The whole experience was amazing and the room the put me in was magnificent, so spacious, clean and I even had a balcpny overlooking la rambla. The location is amazing, drinks at the bar were so so nice - a perfect place to stop for a moment. Beds are extremely comfy and as an additional bonus the service was beyond exceptional!! I stayed for one night and had a 6am flight the following day, they let me keep my bags there for the whole day and night at no extra costs. They even let me in to sit and charge my phone at 2am and offered me water and sweets, whilst I waited for my ride to the airport at 3am.

It was very convenient from cruise port, took only 15-20 mins. Floors have steps but also have sloped ramps for easy rolling suits cases. Breakfast was so much variety and sooo good. We were wondering why they don't offer dinings. I picked this hotel, but everyone in my group were surprised and delighted with this hotel. I highly recommend.

It is so convenient to transportation and food and any of the activities you want to do. The hotel itself was lovely and clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the shower was nice and hot and clean!!! We loved the quaint sky bar as well.

We loved the location for the ability to step outside the door and be right on La Ramblas. Easy access to the Gothic Quarter, good shopping and transport options- The hop on/off bus and the airport link bus. We also loved our view of La Ramblas and the rooftop bar was good. The staff were welcoming and always helpful. However, you do need to weigh up whether you can cope with the inevitable noise at night. We were woken early by workers in the street below. Despite this, we would still choose to stay here again.

The only night I spend in this hotel was horrible. I couldn't sleep as around 1:00 am there was a leak in the balcony door of my room that wet the floor and my luggage. Not to talk about the personnel. I called for someone to help and the men opened the balcony door and went to get something to dry the floor and left it open, it was cold at this time. He took his sweet time to get back. The glass balcony door was hard to close I couldn't close it. As I mentioned before, it have been my worst night in Barcelona.

Visited on 23/3/2024 to 26/3/2024. Hotel is on Las Ramblas so there is street noise so recommend ear plugs or request a room away from the street. Having a balcony was great for people watching. Elsa and Javier were very helpful upon check-in. Walkable to everything, shopping, food, and transportation is close if you want to venture out to other neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again.

Très bon hotel , le personnel est sympathique, aimable et serviable. Cet un établissement que je conseil, de plus il est très bien situé. Le buffet au petit déjeuner est vraiment très copieux. Tout est parfait!

Hotel located in main tourist area, good location. We stayed for 4 nights in Ramblas facing balcony room on second floor. Wry noisy area in night and early morning due to street cleaning and service trucks. Very difficult to sleep in Ramblas facing second floor room due to noise. Non cooperative reception staff, had to sleep with ear plugs and you-tube white noise. Other issue with hotel is one constant temperature for all rooms. Stayed in late Mr h 2024, room was like sauna as temp was set at 25. Cannot open window due to street noise, and with no temp control option, it is major problem one advice, do not stay on 2nd floor facing Ramblas, and think carefully about your tolerance for room temp.

This is one of the noisiest hotel I have ever been. The first room in front of the Ramblas had all the noise of the street. Then we were moved to one interior room where water flowing and running motors were our company the whole night. Very bad experience.
