Fantastisk frokost
Hadde en fantastisk opplevelse på Palace, alt stemte, hyggelig og svært hjelpsom betjening. Fantastisk frokost med en liten touch av champagne. Herlig atmosfære på dette hotellet som er meget godt vedlikeholdt i sin opprinnlige stil. Prøv ut restauranten Caelis, en opplevelse.

Veldig høy standard på det aller meste. Eneste lille minus jeg kan finne, er: på et hotell med slik en høy standard, burde man ha trådløst nett til fri disp.

Classic luxury
A great hotel to spoil yourself at for a long weekend trip to Barcelona. Beutiful and classic luxury with history and respect for the past. Friendly service with a conessier that knows everything there is to know about enjoying your stay to the max. The Michellin star restaurant Caelis is a great value as well, located in the hotel. Be sure to order in advance. They usually don\t take more then 16 guests each evening... Situated close to the 2 exclusive shopping streets and close to a few nice bars. Although a bit far from the old town and the bay area. For classic luxury - a definite number one in Barcelona!

Fabulous hotel excellently run by helpful, efficient and polite staff. A beautiful building with an interesting history. Palacial and very comfortable. Food was fantastic as was the service. We had three breakfasts and two evening meals all were great. This is the place to come for a special treat to feel special and worth every penny. No hidden charges.

Bin seit langem mal wieder begeistert von einem Hotel. Da ich selbst lange Zeit in der Branche gearbeitet habe und auch weiß worauf es ankommt, bin ich zugegebenermaßen manchmal sehr kritisch. Wichtiger als die Einrichtung, die einfach nur grandios ist, war mir der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit des freundlichen Personals. Ich habe leider oft erleben müssen, dass man sehr viel Geld bezahlt und sich nicht wert geschätzt fühlt. Hier ist das anders. Nicht nur die Einrichtung ist hier Old school (im positiven Sinne) sondern auch die Manieren und die Aufmerksamkeit. Genauso wie ich es mag. Perfekt!

格式のある素晴らしいホテル。 バス回りも使い勝手が良く、旅の疲れもジャグジー付きバスで撮れた。 水温、水量調整も全く問題無しで快適だった。ホテルが重厚すぎる為、ドアが重く、ルームキーも重く、毎回コンサルジュに預けるタイプだったので、 開閉に力が必要なのが、年配には少し難点と思った。 期待した以上のホテルだった。 大満足です。

This is a wonderful 5* hotel. The property and the rooms are elegant. (Prior to the current ownership, this used to be the Ritz Carlton.) The staff is extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and well lit. The internet connection was good (although with intermittant delays, probably due to network congestion). The location is good - walkable to most places that you want to go, without being in a noisy, congested area. I've stayed here before and plan to stay again whenever I'm in Barcelona. Very pleased.

An amazing place with an ambiance just as amazing.
This was the best place by far in Spain that we stayed at. We traveled to 7 different cities and cant stop reminiscing about El Palace! From the moment we arrived till we departed the staff made sure everything was perfect. The place is just gorgeous and in the heart of the city. Nothing even comes close. They make sure your stay is the most comfortable.

Fantastic property. Classically beautiful with great room and dining room that are elegant, warm and intimate all at once. It is easy to imagine lounging comfortably in one of the sumptuous couches, or enjoy a romantic dinner or have a drink at the bar. Speaking of romantic, the opulent Amar restaurant is a must for a special occasion or a great meal. The wine list and cuisine are first rate, and the service is of the highest order. Great service is a feature of the entire hotel, from the attentive concierge crew to the room service team. There is a clear sense that they want to be of service and are good at it. Location is ideal as well, situated as it is within easy walking distance of La Rambla, Pl Catalunya, and manageable walk to Sagradia Familia and the Montjuic complex.
