Our stay was incredible - upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a pleasant surprise! The suite was very spacious, with a large jacuzzi (although this wasn’t working) and another shower area. The decor around the hotel was very unique - especially the breakfast area/furniture and overall ambience.

My stay was very pleasant. The only issue i have with the heat in the room they turn on the heat i try to turn off my room’s but it was on default settings.

Carina la stanza, provvista di Smart tv, doccia e vasca(sebbene non in condizioni ottime). Scomodi i letti. Invece di un letto matrimoniale ci hanno dato due letti attaccati che non appena ci si appoggiava alla spagliera finivano per scivolare in avanti rendendo impossibile sedersi a letto per guardare la tv. Indecenti i cuscini.

Séjour agréable de 2 nuits
Court séjour de 2 nuits. Très bon emplacement et accessibilité de l'hotel. Proche de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Accueil professionnel avec du personnel multilingue. Petit bémol sur la salle d'eau où l'humidité a abîmé les plaintes de la porte en bois.

Todo muy bien a pesar de unos indeseables
Todo bastante bien , trato, limpieza, comunicaciones...No le puedo poner la máxima nota por los indeseables de la habitación superior, de habla inglesa, los cuales estuvieron molestando de 12 de la noche hasta casi la 1'30 h con carreras risas y golpes.

The hotel room was extremely dirty. Floor was dusty. The bathroom was filthy and smell of urine through the room. They didn’t mention there was a fee for parking until we checked out! Horrible place!!

The hotel is in the urban center of the city with narrow streets and a narrow approach to the underground garage. The parking lot is also narrow, but it is neat and clean. The hotel staff is polite and friendly.

We loved staying at this hotel. We stayed for almost 2 weeks due to our son’s soccer tournament. The front desk was very kind and due to the way we had booked our stay, upgraded us so we didn’t need to change rooms while we were there. Definitely would recommend.

Dos problemas: ascensores no indican realmente la planta en la que están. Los tienes delante en el tercero y el número dice que está en el sexto. Terrible en los viernes cuando hay salidas. Y el otro: ¿un hotel de cuatro estrellas no tiene ni un hervidor de agua para infusiones en cada habitación?
