We don't really know what happened but if there was someone making noise, something that can happen, we have a 24/7 phone and we come immediately if we have feedback like this

Just a bunch of lies.The lift is for 400kg, so if it is for one person, has to be a very very big one.we have more than one paper roll if needed, and facial tissues in each and every room we haveHow is it possible to know if the TV has or doesn't have english channels while it is not working? We do have some but as obvious considering that we're in spain, most of them are in spanishWe have cleaning service every day from 10am to 3pm, but can't do it if you are in or if you have the do not disturb letter on the door.Considering all this lies, we asume that you had no real trouble with the staff and it is just one more o lieBest of luck finding somewhere else for your next visit

Hello,You put the paper the wrong direction, so we understood DO NOT DISTURB instead of cleaning service requested. But it was not our fault.. you did that.Your wouldn't have slept on the street as the code is only one of the options, so as you probably know, you have the keys that we gave you the very first day to open all doors...We don't get the point of such a bad review caused by your own mistakes

Apreciado cliente,Lamentamos que su estancia no fuera muy satisfactoria, pero nos gustaria puntualizar algunos aspectos:- La entrada es antigua, no fea, y se debe respetar las fachadas del barrio gótico para no matar su esencia.- Hay una indicación en la puerta de la calle que dice que el hotel está en el 2o piso- En referencia al tema ruidos, puede que de la calle se escuche algo, y es por eso que ponemos tapones para los oídos.- Nuestras televisiones funcionan, y en caso contrario, tenemos un técnico en mantenimiento. Y por supuesto tenemos canales, españoles en su gran mayoría, pero los tenemos- Tomamos nota del tema del sofá cama y intentaremos mejorarlo

Apreciada PatriciaGracias por tu comentario, tomamos nota de todo aunque sean cosas la mayoría, que no son una problemática del hotel, como que viva mas gente en el edificio, la calle en la que está, el tamaño del ascensor de la comunidad.Lo único que compite al hotel es tu comentario sobre los "miles de llaves", siendo en realidad 3. Para abrir 3 puertas, hacen falta 3 llaves, 2 de las cuales se pueden abrir también con un código, por lo que pensandolo en frío, no es nada que se pueda o deba mejorar
