Flott beliggenhet som base for å oppleve Barca!
Fantastisk fint område og leilighet for småbarnsfamilie med rikholdig utvalg av restauranter, butikker og shoppingmuligheter i umiddelbar nærhet. Samtidig ligger leilighetene inn mot rolig/stille bakgård. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Location is excellent. Close to subway- cafes- restaurants, best shopping street. Bonavista Property office is very prompt in replying and try to accommodate to your requests as much as possible.

The location is perfect. Many restaurants and stores are nearby. I heard some noise from a nearby club at night, but we were still able to sleep. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. Thank you!

Our family of 4 stayed in this property for 6 nights and enjoyed this place a lot. The property is clean, in good condition and has everything you need for a week’s stay. It’s 1-2 blocks away from the Diaganol metro station and is within walking distance to a lot of attractions as it’s right off Passeig de Gracia. There’s local restaurants, grocery and pharmacy nearby. We stayed in a 2 BR comfort suite, which faces the street and a 1 BR deluxe suite which faces the backyard. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as it is a lot quieter. There is a reception on site with office hour between 10-7. If you arrive outside of three time, you can retrieve your keys from a lockbox and also store your baggage temporarily so you can go out and explore. I like the convenience and flexibility. The staff, Victor and Alvaro were super helpful before and during our stay. They are patient with my questions. When my husbands wallet was stolen on the subway, they inquired and let us know where we can go to file police report, which is even more accurate than what local 112 told us. I can’t say enough great things about this place and staff, highly recommend!

The property was located in central location very convenient to local restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could walk to Segrada Familia and to the port and beach. The Apartment was clean and spacious for family of four, and communication about checking in was great. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend Bonavista.

the apartment is lovely and in a GREAT location!!! It would have been nice to have some things like salt & pepper, coffee, bottled water in the kitchen- so many rentals like this provide it in other areas.

La palazzina è ristrutturata, interni moderni e belli, pulizia accurata ovunque, lo staff molto disponibile, la terrazza del palazzo arredata per sostare all’aperto sui divanetti, armadietti per riporre i bagagli qualora la partenza fosse dopo l’orario di rilascio dell’appartamento, abbiamo avuto anche la comodità di farci chiamare un taxi che ci è venuto a prendere nel garage del palazzo. Insomma noi non potevamo chiedere di meglio, eravamo in 6 persone, e l’appartamento era al primo piano con 2 camere da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale. La struttura è in un bel quartiere, vicino alla metro diagonal, quindi tra parc guell, la sagrada, le case milà e batllò, Montjuic, rambla come linea diretta di metro, e poi cambiando, tutto il resto. Consigliatissimo.

We had a terrific experience staying in the Bonavista Apartments. With a great location near necessary shops, the passeig de Gracia and the metros, the Bonavista Apartments should definitely be in consideration when deciding upon accommodation in Barcelona when looking for excellent facilities, outstanding customer service as well as a convenient location.

Bonavista Apartments -- THE BEST!
The unit was beautiful and very well equipped; also a fantastic location. Management was of great assistance when my phone was stolen on the Metro. They also provided help with train tickets and private transportation to and from the airport. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for three or more people travelling. Lovely apartment, very clean, well furnished, and in a nice neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants and stores. The only problem is it’s above a bar and the noise late at night is quite loud making sleep a challenge.

Excellent, highly recommend.
Our stay at Bonavista Apartments was truly exceptional. The apartment was very comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, and we made excellent use of the enclosed patio, with our children running circles around it to get some energy out occasionally. We had one small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but the reception was very prompt in fixing the problem and it was resolved expediently. Additionally, when reception found out we had two small children with us, they gave us coloring pages and crayons as well as children’s toiletries, which was very sweet. My children were thrilled and said it was the best place they’d ever been. It felt luxurious at a very reasonable priced point and was very conveniently located. Highly recommend and we will stay again if we return to Barcelona.

El hotel está ubicado a 5 min de la estación de metro de diagonal. También está a 10 minutos de casa Batlló, pedrera. Zona de tiendas, restaurantes, etc. muy buen ubicado y cómodo. En la esquina hay un lugar para desayunar y empezar el día. Muy recomendable. Ahí volvería a llegar.
