Nice hotel with good breakfast
The room and hotel was okey but the doors to the rooms and each floor was "noisy" and you heard the doors when others guests come to their room at night.

Vi ble noe skuffet da vi sjekket inn på hotellet og oppdaget at det var vindu med utsikt inn i selve hotellebygningen, innvendig. Veldig dårlig luft og ikke mulighet for å åpne vinduet for lufting. Badet var for handikappede med dusjhodet som var festet til veggen for de som sitter i dusjen, måtte holde dusjhodet i hånda for å få vasket håret.

This is my first stay here. I chose it because of the reviews. It is a quick 20 min nice walk from the city center. But you actually have both good restaurants and shopping nearby. The metro is woking very well in Barcelona, and the hotel is close to a practical metro station. The room was spacious, but the ventilation was not sufficient if the ac was turned off. It was not turned on automatically when putting your key card in the switch. The style concept seen in the pictures was very well worked through. The bed was comfortable. The receptionists was very helpful and knowledgable. I tried too sleep longer one morning, but it was not well isolated, and I heard much noise. The breakfast was good. I they changed my towel every day although I hang it up. Unnecessary for the environment. I would like to come back.

Svært imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt personale
Vi er svært fornøyd med vårt 4 netters opphold på Room Mate Emma i sept. 2012. Personalet; både i resepsjonen og i frokostsalen var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende. Rommene var lyse, moderne, rene og luftige. Frokosten var helt topp! Beliggenheten var slik vi forventet; sentral for det meste. Absolutt et sted vi vil anbefale!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here. Very close to a metro station making it easy to travel everywhere by subway. Hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and small grocery stores nearby as well.

All of the staff throughout the week were really friendly and helpful. I had accidentally booked a twin rather than a double and they were more than happy to help us swap rooms. They recommended various places for dinner and were always really lovely. The location is good and right by the metro. Lovely places to eat very close to the hotel, all walking distance. The hotel was amazingly clean.

It is a five star hotel for us. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially Unai( not sure if my spelling is right). The location is great. The Buffet breakfast included in our booking is very good. Lots of selection. The room is in very good condition.

Favourite hotel of the trip
Hotel staff was amazing and so patient. The staff explained everything we needed to know about Barcelona when we checked in. The room was so comfortable and not too small. Location was convenient too, mostly very walkable to attractions and near a few metro stations. The restaurants around this hotel were all ace as well. Will come back to stay here when we return!

Location is excellent like to Casa Battlo or Diagonal Metro stop are both very short walks. Tons of dining options also in walking distance. Buffet offered is worth the 13 Euros as it has a lot of choices and not just Continental one. Cold water at the door and couple in room fridge. Good views of neighboring buildings at least from my room. Very clean, quiet, and conservation minded Hotel. No complaints. Enjoyed are 5 nights.

Was a great hotel and location. We had a problem wit TV the fridge which didn’t work whilst we were there which was a pain as all our water and drinks were warm, but on the last day we were given a few snacks to say sorry that they couldn’t fix it for us.

Location is near by to Catalunya…around 10 mins walk, 2 mins by metro. Good value for money. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Unai from the reception who patiently explained and guided how we should plan our visit and recommended some good place to try the local delicacies, etc.

The hotel is very clean, bright and modern. We had a superior room which was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The shower was great! Buffet style breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Customer service was good on chieck in and check out. The local area is great for drink / eat options and transport connections.

Great hotel
We loved the Allegro Hotel. The staff was very friendly, they were always willing to assist. The location is very covenient, it is close to the metro, the trains and there are also several bus stops around. There are plenty of options to eat around and the hotel also offers breakfast. It is very close to La Pedrera. The beds were.confortable, the room was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay here.

Abbiamo immediatamente informato il responsabile del dipartimento di housekeeping in modo tale che possa prendere i provvedimenti necessari a garantire il rispetto dei nostri elevati standard qualitativi.Siamo davvero felici che la colazione sia stata di suo gradimento. Lovely hotel in the middle of l’Eixample district. Has a lot of shopping and dining within walking distance. The hotel is modern with updated rooms. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

Excelente hotel
Excelente hotel. Moderno buenas camas, buen aire acondicionado, buen servicio. Los recepcionistas Thai y Nacho fueron muy amables durante nuestra estadía. Nos ayudaron mucho dándonos indicaciones. Es muy céntrico, quedan cerca sitios turísticos, restaurantes y enfrente hay un supermercado . Lo recomiendo cien por ciento.
