Very nice hotel
GREAT stay, facilities superb. Great breakfast. Location is perfect if you like the beach and nice restuarants. Subway very close and will take you easy too the city centre.

All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends.

We had a really great stay. The hotel itself was very nice and the team were especially wonderful. My daughter turned 9 during our stay and the team left a cake with number 9 candle and card in our room for her. She was over the moon. Also, at breakfast we asked for a special drink the first morning. The next morning our server remembered and was ready to go with it first thing. Really excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Sofitel was amazing- stayed for a conferenfe at the ICCB which is a 10 min taxi, literally on the beach and walking to el born, the room was luxurious w beach view, amenities great, buffet great, lobby bar amazing, definitely would go back nd recommend

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst von der Einrichtung modern, aber nicht in allen Dingen dem Gast entgegenkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer gleich und qualitativ durchschnittlich. Bei der Reinigung der Zimmer wird täglich irgendwas vergessen. Insgesamt ist es unserer Meinung nach keine 5 Sterne wert.
