Central Studio Apartment "Sol" Close to Beach with Rooftop Terrace & Air Conditioning

Boasting a marvelous location in the heart of Barbate, just a short walk from the sandy beach, the elegant Apartamento Sol is a charming studio with a fabulous rooftop terrace. Decorated in a modern style, the cosy studio apartment consists of a central living space with one double bed, one sofa bed (for one person), an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Behind the sofa bed, you will find stairs behind a glass wall that leads to the dreamlike rooftop terrace, where you can sunbathe or read a good book on warm afternoons. Thanks to the small table and chairs, you can also share delicious meals with your loved ones here or a glass of full-bodied wine to round off the evening. Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate proximity: within a 2-minute walk (or 170 m) you will find grocery stores and a variety shops and eateries. Furthermore, the popular beach Playa del Carmen is only 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stroll along the golden sand and breathe in the salty sea breeze.
