My experience began well before arrival, and the professionalism demonstrated during the booking phase set a high standard from the outset.
A special acknowledgment to PATUMMALAI | Assistant Reservations Manager, who addressed all questions thoroughly prior to arrival. Communication was prompt, structured, and accommodating throughout. Every inquiry was handled with clarity and attention to detail, creating strong confidence before stepping onto the property. The consistency and responsiveness from the reservations team reflect strong operational leadership.
Upon arrival, execution matched the preparation. Check-in with Namtam (Front Desk) was efficient and seamless, and the room was ready immediately — an operational detail that significantly enhances the guest experience. Front-of-house coordination was composed and attentive.
I would also like to recognize the following team members:
- Mr. Coco (Concierge) – Exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Requests were handled with professionalism and genuine care.
- Ms. Mint (The Qlub Fitness/Wellness team ) – Welcoming and supportive. The gym facility is well maintained, and her professionalism enhanced the experience.
- ENG (Doorman) – Secured luggage immediately upon arrival with courtesy and efficiency, creating a strong first impression.
