Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, laundry (washer/dryer), A/C in every room, 2 Smart TVs, Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed WiFi.

Complimentary: Fresh towels, toiletries, coffee capsules, and local snacks.

Privacy: To ensure your privacy, we do not provide daily housekeeping. Professional cleaning/linen refresh is available upon request (2,000 THB/session).

Transfer: Airport pickup/drop-off available for an additional fee.

Heritage Note: Please enjoy our 100-year-old home with care. Any damage or loss of property will be charged at 2x the value, plus potential legal action.

Long-term: For stays of 28+ nights, water and electricity are charged separately based on actual usage.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are connected in a duplex-style layout (no full walls), perfect for friends or family who enjoy staying close together.
