The location of the hotel is absolutely great. It is well connected to Big C, Platinum, central world and the sky walk. Breakfast was good with different menu everyday. Staff there were really nice and helpful.
Grab drivers might drive wrongly to the entrance as it is quite a misleading turn. Could be an issue if you have just reached your hotel with luggages as the U turn in the congested road might take you some extra time. Will be great if there is a proper signage to inform the drivers to make the right turn.
Moxy hotel is really a good location for families as it is so connected to every area, however I realised that the amenities are not very baby friendly. The room for family is small and there is really no space for luggages. Beds are very near sharp areas which can be dangerous and the top bunk beds is really high for any young kids to be sleeping in there.
Overall, I enjoyed myself with Moxy and will be coming back again but maybe not in the family room. Will be great if there is 2 queen and 1 single bed selection. :)
