«The setting of this hotel is spectacular. Nested in a middle of a forest, it is far from a lot of things in the island The staff is friendly. It is extremely clean That being said the property is in need of a fresh up»

«Good location great hotel»

«I cannot recommend this place enough. The views were phenomenal and I believe every room faces the water and has a terrace. The space was amazing, clean, aesthetic. The amenities were amazing (good coffee, jeju tangerines, bath salt) and the hotel breakfast (both korean and american) were delicious. The staff went out of their way to cater to our every need. I am traveling with my elderly korean mother and she loved it as well. I want to come back with my husband. It’s great as a romantic stay ...

«The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!»

«The staff were great, property was clean but the rest of the stay was not great. Transport form location was a problem. Could not use restaurant facility on last day as there was a problem. We received vouchers which we could not redeem. Asked to spend on items of no use to us.»

«I think this hotel is in the nicest part of Jeju, and it has lovely views of Sanbangsan and the rural farms of the area. It’s difficult to find dinner and amenities, though.»

«Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite.»

«The gardens and main pool are beautiful and give a very relaxed vibe. The villa was spacious for our family of four. The kitchen had the tools we needed to prep our own meals. Some areas of the villa could use some care, but the overall value of the hotel was high. Would definitely return.»

«Great resort for families with water park, theme park, shopping mall and restaurants all in one spot. Room was great as well.»
