"The property was close to Bamburgh Castle and Farne Islands that is great in summer for Puffins. We were given the smallest double bed room even though we booked a proper queen room that were available."

Barn Cottage - North East Escapes
"Had a three night stay with the family. All rooms were a good size, very clean. Great location, as it was within a nice 20 minutes walk from Bambrugh. It also had a lovely view from the conservatory. Highly recommended"

"We had a lovely week at James property, the house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. James and his parents were great hosts and made us feel very welcome.The location was fabulous, just a short walk over the green to the castle and beach. The lovely village centre is very handy too ..."

The Duke - North East Escapes
"Nice property and location with views across fields. House could do with a deep clean. A lot of dust and things like the TV remote and frame to hold the hot tub cover broken. Main bedroom bed had no mattress cover and was visibly stained.Cooking trays etc tired and worn.Plenty of good quality towels ..."
