«The ART INN is located on the route of the 3/4 bus route with a stop close by so it's easy to reach from central Seattle. Access is by phone app which I had some difficulties with as the key code would not initially download and is only accessible after 3pm on the day of arrival. Unlocking of the door to the room was very very slow so hang on until it unlocks. The room and bed were comfortable but when I took a shower at 1030pm the water was only just at body temperature and thus not pleasant. I ...

«Considering this was booked last minute to meet friends in Seattle during Memorial Day weekend, we were pleasantly surprised with our room. Definitely will be considering this property again because we come down to the Northgate area quite often.»

«The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space. The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city. On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions. A very good experience.»

«The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!»

«Really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect for getting around in the Seattle area. I really enjoyed the outside deck and the view from the deck. Beds were comfortable and all necessary toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. Would stay there again on my next trip to Seattle!»

«This home was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with 3 of my girl friends. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, there are plenty of outdoor spots to hang out, not to mention quick drives to downtown, and the views of passing ferries and seals never got old :)»
