«My husband and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay at this Evergreen oasis! It was cozy while also feeling open and airy, with great natural light and large windows for beautiful Mountain View’s and wildlife sightings. It has everything you need and is well designed. Airyn and Landon were responsive and provided easy check-in and check-out instructions. It was a great home base for what was an epic Colorado adventure!»

«This was a great option for our weekend stay for a Red Rocks concert. I loved that it was dog friendly, clean, and conveniently close to the venue. I didn’t realize it was a basement apartment, as the description states “entire home,” but it still met our needs. Check in was a little confusing, there were no instructions for which door to use, which happened to be through a gate, down the side of the house, and in the back yard, luckily my husband figured it out. «Very lovely place. It’s an older home, if you like things perfect this may not be for you. If you’re comfortable with a more eclectic stay, it’s really pleasant. The roosters will wake you up at dawn, you might want to consider earplugs.»

«I thought this room was a great value for the price and location! We had no complaints. I would suggest that adding room darkening curtains would be an improvement in an already good condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub.»

«Great property and we found it to be even better than described in the listing. The creek in the back of the property is very nice and we enjoyed sitting in the nice chairs provided and relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Property was very clean and modern and there was even a record player with many records to choose from as well. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.»
