Hotell litt utenfor sentrum. Men går busser hele tiden så ikke noe problem å komme seg rundt. Eller man kan gå. Store fine rom, ser ganske nytt ut. Det var veldig rent. Eneste negative er at det var vegg til vegg teppe. Ellers perfekt. God seng. Ble tatt i mot av en hyggelig ung dame i resepsjonen når vi kom. Til info om man kommer med buss fra flyplassen så er det trapper fra hovedveien ned til området hotellet er på. Kan unngå trappene ved å gå en omvei, men blir nesten 3 ganger så langt. For øvrig billig med Bolt. Vil absolutt bo her igjen. Stille og rolig område med spisemuligheter i nærheten (restaurant på hotellet også). Ligger en park rett ved med masse lekeapparater, så perfekt for barnefamilier

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Platinia. Overall, we were very pleased with our time here and would gladly recommend it. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. You could order eggs made to your preference alongside bacon, and they even made us crepes one day even though it wasn't on the menu, which was a lovely touch! Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. It had two TVs, which was perfect for relaxing on the sofa and watching the World Cup. The balcony was also great a wonderful spot to sit in the sun and unwind. The beds were large and comfortable, and the housekeeping throughout our stay was top-notch. Location wise, the hotel is just a short Uber ride from the city center. If you are driving, parking is super convenient: you get free access to the parking garage. Just take a ticket from the machine when you first arrive, give it to the hotel reception to register your license plate, and after that, you can drive in and out seamlessly for the rest of your stay. The only slight downside was the gym/spa facilities. You receive one voucher per stay, after which it costs €35. We were not informed that it was only one voucher per stay, so on our first visit, we only used the gym and planned to do the spa the next day. When we showed up the following day, we had to pay extra. Had we known beforehand, we would have combined the gym and spa into a single visit. Tip for future guests: Make sure you use both the gym and spa on the same day!
