The hot tub has its own separate deck with full view of the sound, the channel and the stars above. The main floor has a full-size kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens up to the dining room and living room area with large covered porch.

There is plenty of space to dine and prepare meals, all while being able to watch the sunset through the large windows and sliding doors! The two spacious upper level bedrooms feature unobstructed views of the sound, where egrets stalk through the wetlands in the morning and sails dot the water in the afternoon. A third downstairs bedroom also has sound view.

Kite, windsurf and wing gear can be rented nearby, and lessons can be taken on the water in front of the house, windsurf equipment pictured not included. On windy days, you can always join the action, with direct access to one of the most popular spots on the Outer Banks. It features miles of mostly waist-deep water, an area consistently deep enough for foiling, and a perfect freestyle and beginner area with shallow water and no waves.Private Pool Dates: Opens 4/1 and closes for the season on 10/13.
