«On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them.»

«Another great OBX stay is in the books! The house was very clean, on a quiet street, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is awesome, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. You can easily walk to a few nearby restaurants and shops! We would stay at the Tropicana Cabana again!»

«The house was very clean, and beautiful. They def need a new mattress or thick mattress pad our back is killing. And it is categorized as ocean view which is EXTREMELY deceptive. On a crystal clear day you can see a SLIVER of the ocean. Should definitely just be listed as ocean side. The grill needs maintenance. We made some burgers and it went from not at all to being on fire a bit. It stayed contained but charred our burgers. Also not really a complaint, but in the bedrooms the light ...

«Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house.»

Plenty of room for our family of 9 to be together in the common area. Besides the beautiful ocean view every room was decorated in a costal theme. We all truly enjoyed the swimming pool too. It was so relaxing after spending a day fishing on the beach!»

«Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan.»

«Overall a nice place to stay. It was clean and decorated really nicely. Loved the dining area, where we could play board games and enjoy a local boil. Only complaint would be the lack of supplies, i.e. dish soap, hand soap, etc. The management group only gives you one of everything and if you’re there a week you will need to bring extra supplies or buy them. Had to pack like we were camping.»
