One of Blue Bayou's best features is its outdoor living space. Start your morning with coffee on one of the home's two screened porches, enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table, or simply settle in and enjoy the quiet surroundings. With the canal nearby and plenty of outdoor space, it's easy to slow down and settle into island time.

Inside, the bright and spacious living area offers plenty of room to gather for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meals at home easy, while three comfortable bedrooms provide space for everyone to recharge. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a twin-over-double bunk bedroom.

After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, clean up the day's catch at the fish-cleaning table, or head over for a swim in the seasonal community pool.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Head toward NC Highway 12 and cross to Dune Way, located directly across the highway. Follow Dune Way east to the public beach access at the end of the street. For guests who prefer to drive, public beach access and parking are also available nearby at the Avon Pier.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.
