Our home features a outside Oasis in itself. Privacy fenced in back yard, in ground pool, hot tub, plenty of room to play corn hole or other outside activities. Enjoy the screened in porch or the open porches.

Inside is just as nice. Open airy floor plan perfect for a family vacation. Master bedroom features king size bed, flat screen tv, DVD player and spectrum tv.

2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen tv, DVD player and spectrum tv.

3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin up top, full on bottom and trundle pulls out underneath. Sleeps 4 total. Has flat screen tv as well.

If that’s not enough. Our home community is centrally located in Avon. It features a beautiful community that stretches from the oceanfront to the soundfront. The views are pristine. Amenities offered are a Soundside Olympic-sized pool, kidding pool, 2 tennis courts, easy beach access, community sound access , fitness trails and 69 acres of freshwater lakes.

So many activities are available. Swimming, fishing, bike riding, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, beachcombing, and even more.

Located near Restaurants and shopping.

Pools are open during certain Months, please just reach out with questions.

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Only stayed one day due to hurricane Erin mandatory evacuation. However, this was the best vacation rental home I’ve ever been in. Every detail about this house is pristine and top of the line. The pool was super clean and the hot tub was super new and comfy. Wish I can give it 100/100! The host was also kind and understanding. Seems like a real decent person. Very responsive, respectful, empathetic, and understanding. Wish we could’ve stayed but scheduling conflicts prevent us to do so. If you’re unsure about it, let my testimony here stand!!

Definitely recommend this property. Everything was exactly as pictured! Property is very well kept and very clean. The beds are very comfortable!!! The pool was great and got a ton of use since it was red flags all week at the beach. Courtney, was an amazing host and got back to us with all questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Beautiful home

This house is just as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay! It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool was our favorite! Courtney was very quick to reapond if we had any questions. Cant wait to stay again!

Great house and location!

We had so much fun playing on the beach, which was only a 10 minute walk, and then coming back to the pool and hot tub every afternoon. The house is really cute, screened in back porch was awesome. Host is really responsive and helpful.

Another lovely stay

This was our second stay at Seas the Day. We had such a great vacation last year that we ran it back, and it was 100% the right move. This home is so comfortably appointed. The pool is so much fun, the yard is a great place to hang out, and the location in Avon is just perfect. We're looking forward to coming back again in 2025.

This is the place to stay in Avon!

We visit OBX frequently, finding this beautiful home made our vacation! It’s a perfect location, a true gem. A wonderful neighborhood which we were able to walk and bike. Easy access to main road. The amenities of this home are plentiful. The screened in deck, I was so relaxed with a beautiful breeze, I fell asleep. The pool, I am a swimmer, I was in each day. We used the hot tub, very soothing. The home is kept meticulously clean. The owner, Courtney, exceptional host! A true pleasure talking with her to discuss the rental. She takes great pride in her home and the renters comfort/stay. Thank you for letting us rent your home, wish we could spend entire summer at Come Seas the day!

Perfect Spot for our Young Family

Our party of six (4 adults, 2 kids, ages 4 and 1) spent 4th of July week at Seas the Day and enjoyed every minute. We were in the pool multiple times every day, and even did some night swimming as our son loved the changing light feature. Property was very clean and well-organized with plenty of space for all. Kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals at home- though my wife and I did enjoy a date-night out in Buxton and there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from if you prefer to eat out. Neighborhood is quiet- there were deer in the side yard every morning and evening. Walk to the beach is around a quarter mile/10 mins. We rented a beach buggy and some chairs and had no issues getting our gear over for a few beach days. Could not recommend this place more highly for groups of 2 - 8 looking for a quiet, relaxing week at the beach.

Family togetherness over Spring Break week

Come Seas the Day was just right for our family. Easy and enjoyable walk to the beach and the sound. Grocery and delicious restaurants really close by. We spent many hours in the backyard together because the pool (can be heated), hot tub, and firepit are all right there. Had a fun night teaching the kids the constellations while hanging around the firepit. Kitchen offered all we needed and there was plenty of pantry space for our things. The open floor plan enabled us to cook, watch movies / sports and be together, but spacious so everyone could also do their own thing. Enjoyed turtles in the ponds and returned a baby turtle to the pond that had wandered into the swimming pool. The drive to Hatteras light house and Orange Blossom Cafe is just several minutes away. Definitely recommend!

Just perfect

We had such a great stay at Seas the Day. When we showed up, we were thrilled at how open the layout is and how comfortable the space is. We had a blast every day playing in the pool, hanging out on the screened in deck and playing games around the kitchen table. It’s a great location too — a minute walk to the supermarket and several restaurants. Our whole family loved it and is looking to go back again next summer.

Vacation 2023

The house is even better than the pictures. Perfect size for our family of 6. The community is great for walking or riding bikes. The views of the many different bodies of water are breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better week and Courtney was very responsive to my many texts at the beginning of the week! We are already planning for next year! Most definitely recommend "Seas the Day" for your next get away.

Clean, new, comfy - great little place

This is a newer home, so everything is modern and very clean, featuring the nicest pool and hot tub we've encountered in our many years at the Outer Banks. The beds and sofa are comfortable, the WiFi and tv work well, the kitchen was stocked with adequate cooking supplies, bedrooms were spacious. The neighborhood is great for biking, with lots of flat roads that lead across wooden bridges, along the ponds, and through sandy paths. The kids loved biking independently to the Food Lion and Super Wings. Front deck is great in the afternoon, back deck in the morning (the house faces East). Only feedback for improvement, both minor: add a toaster oven, switch to digital entry. Note: Bring your own bath towels - the cleaning people only give you 1 per person.

Home away from home!

This home was beautiful and literally had anything you would need. Quiet neighborhood, a short drive to Food Lion, Duck Donuts and more. Most rentals do not have the comforts of home. This rental far exceeded our expectations. The mattresses were very comfortable, you had any cooking utensils you can imagine and lots of games and corn hole boards which were a big hit for my family. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone searching for a laid back vacation with all the many amenities.

Lovely!

Our stay in Avon was perfect and our accommodations at Seas The Day made it even more so. The location is optimal, close to grocery shopping, variety stores and restaurants. The house itself is spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We prepared several meals in the well appointed kitchen and found it fully stocked with everyhing the chef may need. Beach is within walking distance for treasure hunting but the pool and hot tub are just as hard to resist! All 3 were enjoyed thoroughly! Our host Courtney was very helpful and made the entire process run as smoothly as a Swiss watch, as she was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend Seas The Day in Avon NC

My family that included my husband, myself, and our four children (16,15,13, and 10) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Seas The Day. Immediately upon arrival the home felt welcoming. The house was extremely clean and well organized. I would comment that the main living area (living room, dining area, kitchen) are larger in person than they are in the pictures. All of the rooms were exactly as pictured and descibed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and definitely helped us have more fun because it rained a fair amount while we were there. The proximity to the Food Lion Grocery Store was extremely convenient. Courtney was very good at responding to any texts I sent with questions or suggestions. The only negative thing that I would say about the property (but I think this is more due to its location to the sound side than of the properly itself) is that when the sun goes down it gets pretty buggy. We needed to go out and buy quite a few Citronella candles and several cans of bugspray. Other than that- our stay at Seas The Day was incredible and helped to make our first trip to the Outer Banks very special. We would definitely return to this property again.

Fun for family!

We were extremely happy with the property; it was just as pictured and described! The house and pool area were very clean and well kept. Sun, sand, sound, sleep at seas the day

The listing and pictures are exactly as described. Perfect for our family of five. Nicely located in walking distance to food lion & duck donuts. The beach to ourselves most of the time and a short walk through a path. The house was nicely stocked with everything you would need like at home. Just bring you clothes and lots of swimsuits. Beach in the am, pool & hot tub in the pm. S’mores and star gazing at night. There’s also amazing sound sunsets. If you time the ferry correctly the sunset on the ferry back from ocracoke is not to miss! Highly recommend!

Better than advertised

House was very clean upon arrival. Main living area much bigger than online photos seem. Great layout for hanging out inside with huge flat screen and large bedrooms, however the outside pool area with fenced in yard and covered hot tub and picnic table was incredible. We swam about 6 hours per day…great time. Would only recommend 3-4 chaise lounges by the pool, we did not have any. Overall very good value for 4-6 people

Avon Beach House

This property was absolutely GREAT! The house was in great condition and very very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and ready to go when we arrived. This house is perfect for a family getaway, with close drive on beach access and the supermarket less then 1/2 mile away. Thank you to the owner for being so responsive with any question and being so welcoming to our group. If you are looking for a house in AVON, NC, THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!
