«Ben is a fabulous host! He was so friendly, very quick to respond to questions, and very helpful. He had great suggestions for restaurants, helpful tips for the area, and even helped set us up with a boat tour.The treehouse itself has a wonderfully rustic charm about it. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the upstairs porch, watching the birds and monkeys in the trees. The hammocks were a great place to spend a quiet afternoon. The bed was super comfortable. «Ben was an amazing host. Playa Avellanas is very rural, and Ben guided us in right to his gate, no problem. Ben is super attentive, and was checking in with us frequently. He saved us a lot of money with his spot on recommendations regarding excursions and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach, and the beach are amazing. Restaurants in the area - off the charts!»

«The property was very attractive, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the pool which was right in front of the home, as well as the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler, all of which came in handy for days spent at the beach. The house is in a gated community with 24 hour security so we felt very comfortable leaving both day and night. «A cute house on a patio with a pool. The house could use a little updating (a few ripped screens, older couch, etc), but the A/C in the bedrooms worked well and the patio has several trees, so it's well shaded. The owner found us some boogie boards and beach toys for my kids to use- so kind! No mosquitos which was a huge plus! A few hiccups finding the house- near the end of a dirt road. Walkable to the beach, but the road is so dusty when cars go by that's it not an altogether appealing ...
