The Space:

Welcome to luxury living! This unit boasts exquisite oak cabinets, lavish high-end leather furnishings, and a design inspired by opulent yachts. The sleek black granite accents add a touch of elegance throughout. Indulge in the lavish steam shower, while the kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills. Upstairs, the window-lined seating area offers panoramic views, and the queen bed and desk provide comfort and productivity. Prepare to immerse yourself in a world of refined luxury. Downstairs also has a Queen size bed .



Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guest at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of Lux Lounge can accommodate 4 guests.

Guests have access to all 5 acres of 7744 Ranch Resort, Koi Pond, Sauna, Stone Pizza Oven, Michael Phelps Hot Tub, Gazebos, Grass Lounge Bed, Outdoor dining spaces, mini library, and yoga studio and 2 outside grills

You have parking for two cars right in front of your Villa. We also have a parking lot near the front entrance.

The Heat sleeps up to 4 .

We are dog friendly for well behaved dogs. Our dog fee is $25 . This must be put in the reservation to include your dog. Dogs are to be on leash at all times .

We are located 2 miles from the Rodeo, 10 miles to COTA/F1, Airport 5 miles, Executive Airport 8 miles, Tesla Gigafactory 4 miles, Downtown 9 miles.
