The living room offers a smart TV and opens to a side patio where you can relax beside the private 4-ft-deep pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig, pantry storage, and an island with seating for 3; the adjacent dining area seats 6 for shared meals.



Head upstairs to a loft sitting area with two sofas (one is a twin sofa bed), perfect for reading or extra lounging. Outdoor living continues on the wraparound second-floor balcony and the third-floor rooftop patio—ideal for morning coffee or evening chats with a city backdrop. A private laundry room makes longer stays convenient, and a long driveway provides parking on site.

Important Things to Note:

• Parking is available for up to 4 tandem vehicles in the private, paved driveway.

• This is a three-story townhome—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as some bedrooms.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• For larger groups, please inquire about Chic Austin Getaway which is next door and sleeps 4.

• The private pool is approximately 4 ft deep and intended for lounging and wading only. For everyone’s safety, no diving or jumping at any time.

• Pets are strictly prohibited as the owners are severely allergic.. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security camera, for guest safety located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance area.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
