-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-No Bachelor parties.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Please Note: This unit is one side of a duplex. There is a shared wall but no shared spaces and no access between two units. The other side may be occupied during your stay.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets Considered. If you are traveling with a pet, please reach out for approval. Pet Fee + Pet Deposit Required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
