The apartment is located in a prime walkable area right off South Congress. You are close to all the shops and restaurants there, or only a 10 min walk from downtown across the bridge. If you don't want to drive or walk during the stay, there are many accessible transportation options close to our home.

If you're bringing a pet, please note that a pet fee applies and varies depending on the length of your stay. This will be requested after booking through the Airbnb Resolution Center. You can find fee details in the House Rules section.



We take cleanliness seriously. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every checkout using professional-grade products. If you or anyone in your group is sensitive to cleaning products or strong scents, feel free to let us know in advance — we’re happy to adjust our process for your comfort.



We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own and help us keep it in great condition for future guests. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Since we’re in Texas, the occasional small insect may find its way inside despite regular pest control — thank you for your understanding.



Valet trash service is provided for your convenience and available throughout your stay.
