Layout: Master Suite is on the 1st floor; two Guest Rooms are on the 2nd floor (stairs required).
Parking: Driveway fits 2 cars (tandem style, one behind the other) + Street parking.

Safety: Not child-proofed; constant adult supervision is required.

Bedroom 1 (Master - 1st Floor): King-Size Bed, private ensuite bathroom, and hard flooring. Ideal for those avoiding stairs and for a dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen-Size Bed, carpeted floor + Dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen-Size Bed, carpeted floor + Dedicated workspace.
Note: Ceiling fans are available in the Master and one Guest Room. The third room does not have a ceiling fan.

Living Room: Spacious area with a massive 70" Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary needs (Stove, fridge, microwave).
Bathrooms: 2.5 Baths total (Master Ensuite + Upstairs Full Bath + Downstairs Half-Bath).
Climate: Central A/C & Heating.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please respect the following guidelines:

🔹 No Shoes: Please remove outdoor shoes before walking on rugs. Slippers are welcome!
🔹 No Laundry: Laundry facilities are closed/unavailable.
🔹 Age Limit: No children under 12 due to safety and home setup.
🔹 No Photo Shoots: Commercial photography/filming is prohibited.
🔹 Unregistered Guests: Strictly prohibited. Violators incur a $35 fee per person/day.
🔹 No Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor detected inside.
🔹 No Parties: Strict quiet policy.
🔹 No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to allergies.
🔹 Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging EVs via regular outlets incurs a $35/night fee.
🔹 Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
🔹Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
