We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. «Spacious home that is easy to move about with a large open kitchen and living area. The home and yards were spotless. The host allowed for early check in which helped since we were coming from different areas. We would definitely recommend this house!»

«The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.»

«The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with trees and flowering bushes about. Upon entering the home, one was struck by its simple elegance. We've stayed at many rented homes and this one by far had the best kitchen ware, which made cooking for our family a dream! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms (with full baths) were gorgeous! «Not good!From getting a text at 8:25 pm the night before we were leaving on our trip telling us that it had been overbooked and that he would find us other accommodations in a hotel or a little cabin somewhere else to him finally admitting that we had actually reserved the home first. Then getting there to find that there were not as many beds as advertised and then to come home after an event to find it was SO hot upstairs that we could hardly breathe with no AC.
