"We tried to change room due to noice from a service-elevator that kept us awake at night, but it turned out to be impossible. The manager at the front desk was unavailable or did not want to see me, she called and argued that the elevator in question did not exist and was not willing to come to the room to see for herself. However she could not approve a change of room and ignored to follow up the next day as well. We have stayed in this hotel several times before, but unfortunately this time it looks like they are having problems with maintenance and management."

"I had a magnificent stay at Ermass Modern Living and would gladly recommend it to others. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. Thanos was very kind, and a special thank you goes to Peter, who was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. His attitude truly made a difference and made me feel well taken care of. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. It felt new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and it offered excellent value for money. While there isn’t much of a view, that wasn’t an issue at all given the overall quality and comfort. Cleanliness was outstanding. The bed and bedding were spotless and very comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. The refrigerator was a good size, the coffee machine made genuinely good coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a smart TV — something that is not even guaranteed in many 4-star hotels in Norway that cost 3 to 4 times more. If I were to mention a couple of small suggestions: I personally prefer bottled water, as I’m not a fan of tap water in Greece. There is a beautiful glass bottle of water in the fridge, but it is filled with tap water, so having bottled water available would be appreciated. Also, a small tip would be to add mosquito traps in the rooms, as that would make the stay even more comfortable. And for those worried about the “part of town”. If you don’t bother no one, no one will bother you;) Overall, this was excellent "
