Bad experience. I received a call 4 hours before check in asking if I’d still be checking in which I confirmed that I would be. Upon arrival I was told that I was too early and to come back in 20 minutes which would’ve made the check in time 10 minutes after check in, which would be 4:10 PM. The room was not clean. There was pet hair all over the hardwood floor and carpet. I reported it about 8 hours later someone came to vaccum the floor. The room didn’t have a clean smell and the appliances were not clean. You could feel whatever food product was on the fridge handle. The bathroom door was dirty and the carpet going upstairs and in the upstairs loft room was extremely dirty. It needs to be replaced. Other rooms maybe clean but the one I stayed in wasn’t clean. I reported this to management but no one responded to my email. I sent pictures and videos to show them how it looked. I received a text and email prior to check in that opened a form to add my ID and credit card to speed up the check in process. I fill it out completely. Once I arrived at the hotel the clerk asked me for the cards again. Which I used a different card from what was used when I booked the reservation. After check out I was charged on the 2nd card. Which my card had already been charged during check in. The 2 charges were different amounts. I had to call to receive a refund back to the card I added during pre-check, in text I received. I wasn’t offered a discount for the unclean room.
