They are not doing a lick of cleaning. Zero nothing no cleaning in the rooms. They might go in and change the sheets and put new towels in. That’s literally all they’re doing. Animal for all over the room piles of it under the bed move the microwave slightly and there’s a huge pile of animal food and fur. A cigar on the countertop that someone smoked. The dresser handle was broken and they just left it on top of the dresser. The curtain is all ripped up yellow and gross. There was soap scum left in the shower from whoever’s bar. Soap was in there every single corner had piles of dirt in it. The staff was friendly, especially at checking in later in the evening if they had a whole new cleaning staff the entire hotel would be different. But clearly they hired a bunch of people who are comfortable and feel like they won’t get fired for not doing their job. I see they’re renovating the other building hopefully they don’t bring the same cleaning staff over to the next building because that is the ONLY issue I had at this hotel. It’s in a good area. It’s quiet if the rooms were clean they really wouldn’t be that bad. Lots of restaurants even a hospital. If they could just get their cleanliness up to standard, they would’ve gotten five stars.
