Rainbow Hill Villa is located in a residential neighborhood, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on 19,358 square feet of private, fully gated flat and beautifully landscaped grounds. The main home, upper level, was built in 2012, has approximately 3,080 square feet of living space, with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and covered verandahs in the front and rear of the property. There is excellent cellular phone service from the Villa.

The home is tastefully furnished. It has a large fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable living/dining rooms, Flat-Screen TV's, and a common laundry room.

GETTING THERE: A rental car is strongly recommended. The road to the villa is hilly. There are no shopping/eating places within walking distance. Pickup service available; from airport, ferry or boat dock. Space limited, please arrange in advance.

Rainbow Hill Villa is accessed via a paved driveway with the home having a decent set back from the main road.

Only a 15-minute drive to the capital city Roseau and business center, town activities and a host of unspoiled natural attractions, Rainbow Hill Villa is the perfect place to stay in Dominica.

Directions to the Villa are provided. Also, our Rental Coordinator, Glen, can meet you in a common area to show you the way, or provide pick up service from arriving airport, ferry or boat dock. Let us know in advance if pick up service is needed.

Rainbow Hill Villa is proud to announce that it is an approved property on the Dominica Government's official list of COVID 19 Certified Accommodations, also making it an authorized quarantine site. A Certificate of Approval was issued on October 7, 2020, certifying that Rainbow Hill Villa, Cochrane, Commonwealth of Dominica, was inspected by the Environmental Health Department and has demonstrated compliance with the Ministry of Health, Wellness and New Health Investments’ COVID-19 control measures, and the health and safety protocols for the Tourism and Hospitality industry of Dominica.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.

We have enhanced our housekeeping routines, where possible, to help reduce risks and exposure to COVID 19; i.e., cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces; for example: tables, floors, doorknobs, light switches, faucets, sinks and kitchen appliances and such; availability and use of appropriate cleaning and sanitizing products, for the intended purpose and per manufacturer instructions, etc.

While we have expanded housekeeping protocols to help minimize risks and the spread of COVID 19, we cannot guarantee or promise that Rainbow Hill Villa guests and invitees will not become exposed to and/or infected by disease-causing organisms such as COVID-19.
