Guests have access to the entire apartment except for the hall closet.
The hall closet is only accessible to the cleaning staff.

Other things to note
***This is a quiet community. Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be respectful of the other tenants. If there is excessive noise or activity, you may be asked to leave.***

Free on-street parking is available or guests can park directly in front of the building. You will drive up a gravelly access road to park in front of bldg. Drive-up the alleyway cautiously. There is a small flight of steps to walk up to get to the unit. The apartment is located downstairs, so you may on occasion hear someone walking around upstairs.

No parties or events

No smoking inside of the apartment. We want to make sure each guest has a pleasant smoke-free stay! Feel free to step outside!

No pets due to severe allergies

Please book for the correct amount for your party. If all guests are not accounted for, you may be asked to leave.
