Great Location, room was spacious. Parking is weird. Not enough info regarding parking before you arrive. The spaces reserved to park during check in were taken up by guest who used the spaces to park for their entire stay. I paid for two spaces for two days while I noticed the guest who were taking up the checkin spaces avoided the parking fees by not moving from the timed spaces the entire weekend, The clearly marked check in only spaces were occupied my entire stay by the same three cars that were unpacking to check in when I arrived. I had to park on the fourth floor of the parking deck check in, pay for the two days for two cars go back to the parking deck drag two cars worth of luggage back to the hotel. The guest spaces went unchecked the entire weekend resulting in the guest who parked in the spaces at the same time that I arrived had to receive free parking and the conscience of not having to hike back and fourth to their car. No way was I the only guest upset by the same three cars utilizing the loading and unloading spots for three entire days. If I noticed it how could the hotel staff not see it, but had stressed to us at check in that we needed to pay the parking fees?
