I recently stayed at your Northlake location from April 4th to April 7th and wanted to share feedback regarding my experience.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The water from the shower was brown, the kitchen exhaust fan grill had been removed and left in the sink, and I encountered a cockroach crawling in the kitchen area. I reported these concerns to the front desk at the time, and while a note was taken, there was no follow-up during my stay.
At checkout, I was asked about my experience and raised these issues again. I was informed that compensation in the form of points for an additional night stay would be provided; however, I have yet to see this reflected in my account. (Only to find via chat no points earned bc I booked through Expedia)...
I would appreciate it if someone could review my stay and advise whether points, a credit, or any follow-up action will be provided.
