Your entire group will enjoy modern luxury combined with all the comforts of home, plus thoughtful extras. There are six thoughtfully-decorated and spacious bedrooms suited for guests of all ages, so no matter where you choose to lay your head you’ll have sweet dreams during your stay.



UPPER FLOOR

PRIMARY BEDROOM features a king-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, a relaxing chair and a writing desk.

This beautiful bedroom has a private ENSUITE BATHROOM with a luxurious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub.

BEDROOM 2 (kids) has two single beds and a crib: it would be great for families with youngsters. Please keep in mind that this room is adjacent to the primary bedroom.

BEDROOM 3

King-sized bed, a desk, a dresser and a 55" Smart TV.

BEDROOM 4

The third bedroom is designed for memorable slumber parties for guests both young and old. There are two twin bunk beds plus an additional day bed with a trundle bed. Total of 4 single beds.

55" Smart TV for a movie night, and a desk in case someone needs to do the homework.

BATHROOM 2

The luxurious full Bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower is down the hall from Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4.



MAIN FLOOR

BEDROOM 5

A comfy queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk for any digital nomads in the group.

BEDROOM 6

This bedroom has the same comfortable queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk, but different design and ambience.

BATHROOM 3 is down the hall from Bedroom 6. It has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity. This bathroom on this level is easily accessible from the living, dining and kitchen areas, so it is definitely going to be the busiest bathroom in the house.



BASEMENT

Queen size sofa-sleeper in the basement play room

BATHROOM 4 has a walk-in shower, and the same luxurious amenities as the three other bathrooms in the house. All four of the lovely bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and premium toiletries for your convenience and enjoyment.

This is a truly family-friendly home, complete with a kids' play area that is sure to provide hours of entertainment for the little ones. Other kid-friendly perks available include a crib, a highchair, a pack-and-play travel crib, and baby changing pad.

A modern oven and stove ensure you can easily cook for a large group. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and garlic to get you started.



Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking while on vacay, you’re just a short drive from all of the Decatur best restaurants. You can enjoy your meals at the large kitchen island (seating for four), the dining table (seating for 12), or the outdoor dining table (seating for 8).

The Roku TV (like all others in the house) is set up with complimentary streaming channels (including Netflix and Disney+) so you’ll never be short of great things to watch!

In addition to the incredible indoor spaces, there is a beautiful outside space that the whole family is sure to love. The front porch has an assortment of comfy seating options and an epic swing bed that will make you feel like a king.



There is also a spacious open-air deck with great views of the forest below. This area features a massive dining table (seating for 8), a gas grill, and a cooler for the perfect evening drinks.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge $75 per pet per stay.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the two game rooms and the fully fenced backyard. Personal care appliances are available including hairdryers in every bathroom. The full laundry room boasts an iron and ironing board, a steamer, a washer, and a dryer. We provide guests with laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We offer 6 Roku TVs with many complimentary streaming channels like Netflix and Disney+.



Contactless self-check-in is available and an individualized door code will be sent to you before check-in. Free parking is available for up to 8 vehicles. We also have an EV charger available to guests.



For your safety and security, the house is equipped with three outdoor cameras, an active security system, and indoor motion sensors. All security features will be on during your stay for your protection. Outdoor cameras are located on the front door, on the garage door, and on the back door. Motion sensors are on the windows and the doors. All the equipment is safe for pets. Motion sensors are not activated by pets.



We also have noise monitors with no recording functionality that only monitor the level of noise in the house.



Smoke detectors are very sensitive and located on each floor.

The PATH biking trail cuts through Scottdale, providing a bicycling link to both Stone Mountain and downtown Atlanta. Yes, you can bike directly to Stone Mountain Park!



Getting Around:

Downtown Atlanta is just 9 miles from our house, and you can drive there in less than 20 minutes.



Airport is 20 miles away - 25 minutes drive via I-285.



The nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles away.

Avondale Estates MARTA subway station is 2.5 miles away. From there it takes about 20 minutes to get to Downtown Atlanta by subway.

I like to give my guests full privacy, but I am always available if needed by text or call. My answers might be delayed at night time, from 9 pm till 7 am.
