At check in I was charged more than quoted. I inquired with front desk staff and was informed my total charges included the $100 deposit for my stay and it would be returned upon check out and no damages. Upon my departure, 3 days later I inquired about deposit, instead of receiving a refund I was charged an additional $100 when the supervisor attempted to complete the transaction. The supervisor wasn’t sure how to reverse the claim and I was told the GM would need to assist. Several days later the issue hadn’t been resolved, I follow up to inquire only to be told it was finally resolved and a receipt was emailed and the funds would appear 3-5 days. Again, after the waiting period the deposit hasn’t been returned. I spoke with the supervisor and she reverified the issue and said the GM would resolve for sure today. The GM followed up with me stating he resolved the issue days ago and provided with an additional $100. I explained the only transaction completed was the one done in error of the unauthorized withdrawal. Needless to say I’m still without my deposit almost a month after my departure. My stay here was out of inconvenience of the airport and shuttle service. It’s the last location to choose for comfortable stay, my sofa had a huge hole in it, the bed were extremely worn, the room appeared wiped down instead of cleaned. Overall I’m willing to pay for my stay but nothing extra, wish I didn’t have to escalate to issue to the next level but fairness is a must!!
