Bad service in the pool bar, we came there around 10 minutes before closing time and only one of us got to buy anything due to the staff actively overlooking the rest of the group until closing time."

"Rent og fint hotell med god service. Fine rom med fin utsikt mot ekstra tillegg. Frokosten var helt ok. Dessverre var kaffemaskinen ødelagt under vårt opphold, slik at man måtte bestille fra kaffebaren. Dette tok lang tid. Ekstra fornøyd med beliggenheten på hotellet. "

"We really loved the place. The apartment, the balcony, the location, the staff. There is however one thing that should be upgraded from the 1990’s - the internet. In Cairns on the street there is free internet, but at the hotel you need to pay, for limited number of appliances and for limited use. Frustrating! Another frustrating thing is the very limited amount of parking spaces for a large hotel. We went off-season and it was a nightmare, I can only imagine the summer…"
