Hotel was nice staff was great! You have to take a taxi to acropolis area but was only 10 euros. Not a lot to do in the area around the hotel. They have a great spa and the roof top pool and restaurant are excellent the views of the acropolis at night were stunning.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is a stop for the Hop on hop off your bus right outside the door which was great. Not many dining options around but there were a couple of good restaurants. Overall great experience.

Our first night stay was okay. The staff was friendly and our room was nice. We returned a week later to stay another two nights and we had paid for the same room as our first original stay. We did not receive the same room tho. My husband and I are both 6 feet tall so a king size bed is pretty much a necessity for us to get any sleep. Well upon our second stay they put us in a small double bed in a small room (we paid for a king size). We r brought this up to the staff and they basically said they couldn’t do anything and they were very booked up. They said try again tomorrow and they’d put us in the appropriate room after other guests checked out. We came after check out time and they said they still didn’t have anything available and they would call our room in 3 hours when they had time to get rooms cleaned. Never heard from them again until checkout the next morning when I told them again I was unhappy. They didn’t offer to refund some of our payment or anything. Staff was not helpful at all or kind. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was good until i looked under the bed , there was a thick film of dirt under there . I happed to look my second to last day so i didn’t complain , just packed up my stuff and got ready to leave . Other than that it was a good stay the shower was a little tricky.

The staff was super nice, breakfast was great with beautiful views from rooftop breakfast room. Only concern was very small bathroom/shower door not able to block water splashing at all, bedroom would be wet even you are super careful

Luksus hotel med lækker spa og fantastisk udsigt
Lækkert hotel med super luksus, men vi havde problemer med aircondition den første nat, hvorefter de opgraderede os til hjørnesuite næste nat. Hovedpuderne havde desværre kun 1 hårhedsgrad. Det ville være super med lidt flere varianter. Morgenmaden var luksuriøs med panorama udsigt over hele Athen. Spa området var ekstrem luksus med stor svømmebassin, jacussi, sauna, tyrkisk bad osv. Virkeligt lækkert.

Good service, bad experience
The staff was friendly but the hotel/room itself was disappointing, First we were given a room at the very very end of the hotel in a roundabout, literally over 5 minute walk after getting off the elevators, and the hotel is clearly not full based on empty rooms we saw and can still book during our stay. Also the hotel gave us signs to say they would charge for extra bottles of water after the first day, same with coffee pods. The night before we check out, bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. Also the gym yoga mats are disintegrating into little pieces of plastic all over the gym. Water is rarely available in the gym.
