Hoteller nær Astana Arena

«I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got.

«On the Airport side of town so easy to get to when arriwing from airport, how ever to longe to walk to downtown so had to take a taxi. On the way from downtown to Airport we just drove by the hotel and picked upp our luggage from luggage room. »

«I was there on business, and I got exactly what I wanted for a short stay: a quiet room with a workplace. However, the internet connection was very unstable, I was not able to speak (not to mention video). Eventually, I had to use mobile internet. There is a mini-gym, which I used a few times. I did not have time to try the sauna and the small swimming pool, they looked good. Particularly I liked the breakfast, good selection of local and international food.»

The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return ...
