«Property was nicely remodeled, bright and cheery. The kitchen was adequate, could have had a few more items to making cooking easier. The host was very receptive to making this happen. It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer.»

«Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights and were completely comfortable. The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our only recommendation would be to add some more lighting as it was difficult to see with the low lit lamps and had to use our cell phone flashlights to see things that we placed on the desk. »

«My wife and I were in town for a hockey weekend. The place was very close to the rink. Nice set up-big backyard to enjoy the weather, off street parking, plenty of space for more than just the two of us. Upstairs bedrooms were a bit tight with the roof lines (getting into the bed from the angled roof side was tight), but comfortable beds. Very happy we found this place. »

«We had a great week in point pleasant. The house is very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5, and even allowed space for visitors one night. The pool and lawn are amazing and were used daily. My husband and I had to work a bit which was very doable using a couple different areas on the main floor. Proximity to a beautiful private beach and to the boardwalk is great. Only negative is the sound of the trains passing by but we got used to it.»

«The house was a wonderful way for my family and I to spend a week down the shore. We were traveling with a newborn and a toddler, along with our two dogs and the house had everything we needed and more for a smooth stay. The backyard is stunning and my toddler never wanted to come inside she enjoyed it so much. The memories we made in this beautiful home were impeccable, thank you Lino and family for being a wonderful host. »

«Andrew was such a fantastic host! We had an issue on our first night and he responded immediately and fixed it. The house is fully stocked. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Great appliances. The shed was amazing with a beach buggy, four bikes and lots of chill space outside! The beds were very comfy, plenty of drawer space for things and overall just a great place to stay! »
