Casa Tres Vistas boasts an open floor plan surrounded in glass where every room has a view. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation, with plush mattresses, bedding and ample storage. Enjoy two master suites with King beds, luxurious ensuite bathrooms including large indoor/outdoor showers and an outdoor tub. The downstairs bunk room sleeps 6 and has a large ensuite bathroom and private patio that opens onto a grassy lawn perfect for volleyball games (net included) or just hanging out. This is a perfect home for two families traveling with kids or groups of friends.

The heart of the home is the huge gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils. The island has counter seating for 8. The kitchen has windows that open up to an outdoor bar and seamlessly flows into the living room and indoor/ outdoor dining areas, creating a perfect space for entertaining or enjoying a cozy night in.

- Spacious Bedrooms: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a/c, ceiling fans and blackout blinds. All designed with comfort and style in mind. The 1st master has a King Bed, an electric fireplace and 2 sliding glass walls that can slide open onto a patio with views of the volcano and both lakes. The 2nd master has a King bed, an indoor/outdoor shower with Lake Cote views and a large glass slider that opens to a patio. Follow the spiral staircase in the game room down to the spacious Bunk Room that can sleep 6 comfortably with 2 double beds up in the loft and 2 Queen beds on the bottom floor. Sliding doors that open onto a large patio and grassy field (we have badminton and volleyball nets and equipment that can be set up here.)

- Spa-like Bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathrooms featuring high-end fixtures, huge indoor/outdoor showers, and an outdoor bathtub off the main master. A powder bath is also located in the mudroom and game room.

-Living Room- Large open space with the most cozy, comfortable sectional sofa you've ever sat on! Beautiful Masaya chairs and a large Smart TV. Ceiling fans and A/C. (Fireplace is currently disabled)

-Laundry/ Mudroom: Full size Washer/Dryer in a beautiful mud room with extra rain jackets, mud boots, pool towels, string bags and umbrellas for our guests to use.

A SPECIAL NOTE:

Please remember that you are vacationing in the Cloud Forest. We are near the Continental Divide and Costa Rica has multiple microclimates causing very unique weather patterns. There will be rain :) The "dry-er" season is December- April. We provide rain boots, swim shoes, umbrellas and rain gear for most adult and some child sizes. There will be wind (you will see beautiful windmills on the horizon over Lake Arenal.) The house sits at 2700 ft above sea level. If you wake up in a cloud with rain, it does not mean that you need to cancel your plans. It could be dry at the bottom of the road or in La Fortuna and vice versa. Weather apps are not very accurate in this area. :) Tours/activities will continue to run in the rain as long as it is deemed safe. Just call your tour provider.

We recommend renting a small SUV style car for all driving in Costa Rica but it's especially good for exploring this area. You do not need a 4x4 to get to the house but a higher clearance vehicle such as a RAV 4 (frequently rented here) is recommended. When you turn off the main paved road, it turns into a groomed dirt/rock road. Most of CR does not have traditional addresses. We will send a location pin and all directions a few days before your arrival.

There will be bugs outside that may sometimes get inside, especially if doors are left open and outside lights left on.
Brief power outages are rare but sometimes occur in CR. We have flashlights, candles and a back up battery for the refrigerator. We have no control over these things but we have a full staff that are only a phone call away to help with anything you need.
