«I definitely recommend this property for a stay in Newport! Pat was an excellent host: responded to all my questions promptly and even graciously agreed to add on some time to extend our departure time a little. The outdoor spaces were lovely with plenty of sun and shade options and seating options. Parking area was large for multiple cars and the location was very close to town and beach.
